While everyone is quietly working away over at Park Avenue in preparation for the next Swirl Production, I can reveal the next new model to be lighting up the stage at the Pyramid Theater is the very talented and beautiful Nemi McCoy.

Nemi has been an active member of SecondLife for many years now and with over four years modeling experience is one of the longest, continually working models in SecondLife.

In addition to seeing and enjoying the last Swirl show, Nemi also knows some of the other members of the team and was therefore delighted to accept her invitation to join Swirl, saying “I felt it’s a very good and unique group and one that I would be proud to be in“.

During her time modeling in SL, Nemi has gained many personal achievements, her most notable being third place runner up in Elegance SL  – a contest with over 100 applicants, and the fantastic honour of being chosen as a finalist in Miss Virtual World 2009, as Miss India.

Nemi also has other interests and loves to visit new places as well as having a love of shopping, adding “I am severly addicted to hair“.

With her great experience and stunning look, Nemi is a very welcome addition to the family…welcome to Give it a Swirl Nemi!

Continuing with introductions to the new Give it a Swirl models, I have the honour of welcoming a very successful model to the team.  Former graduate of Avenue, Evane and Instyle academies and former Mr Virtual World 2009, the wonderful and very talented Liam Netizen.

Liam began his modeling career one year and three months ago and has gained much recognition as an extremely skilled and professional model.  His achievements have included winning the BOSL Cover Contest, Being nominated for Best Male Model of the International Fashion Awards 2009 and of course being chosen as Mr United Kingdom and holding the Mr Virtual World title from May – August 2009.

Liam first heard about Swirl when he saw a notice sent by Frolic Mills (the host of the last Swirl show) to the BOSL group advertising the show.  He was later asked to join the team and commented, “I’m honoured after being hired to join the Swirl team…I will enjoy learning with the team and think it will be a great experience“.

Aside from modeling Liam enjoys exploring new places, photography, building and spending time with family and friends.  As well as fuelling his fashion addiction with regular shopping sprees.

With Liams vast amount of modeling experience and very suave appearance, he is sure to cause a stir on the Swirl runway.

Following the last post regarding new team members at Give it a Swirl, the next new model who will be gracing the stage at the Pyramid Theater is the fabulous and very beautiful Sabine Blackburn.

Sabine has been modeling in SL since the summer of 2008 and has gained some remarkable achievements along the way.  Including winning the “Who is Ariel” Contest by Beauty Avatar in January 2009, winner of the JCNY Model Fest in February 2009, Angel of the Month by Angel Dessous in March 2009 and Elegance SL in April 2009, along with numerous others.  However Sabine is most notably known for being chosen as 3rd finalist in Miss Virtual World 2010.

Sabine first heard about Swirl when the November show was announced via BOSL and decided to check it out.  When asked why she wanted to be part of the Swirl team, she replied

“I was hypnotized by the Swirl show and met Filipa and thought wow what a nice person“.

As well as knowing and having a appreciation of some of the Swirl models, Sabine wanted to be a part of this fantastic team of artists.

Aside from modeling Sabine is also inspired by photography, stating “images are a way to express myself“.  This artistic streak along with her unique and unrivalled styling ability is sure to present some fresh and memorable looks on the Swirl runway.

Following the resounding success of the last Give it a Swirl show at the Pyramid Theater, a great deal of interest was generated amongst designers and models alike.  Already full of ideas and anticipation for the next show, the Swirl team decided to expand a little and welcome aboard some new, talented and very stunning models to the team.  We would like to give the new models a formal introduction and very warm welcome to Swirl and will start by introducing the very attractive and talented Travis Madrigal to the Swirl family.

Travis first heard about Swirl when he attended the last show with his partner Merrick Genesis and after seeing the fresh ideas at the Swirl show, was delighted to accept his personal invitation to the team:

“I see new and innovative things happening with Swirl.  I want to be a part of that innovation“.

Travis also enjoys dancing, music and hanging out with friends.  Although quite new to the field Travis is hard working and dedicated, and having only been modeling for two months  already has the honour of being been chosen as a semi finalist in the Mr Moolto contest.  The Swirl team wish Travis the best of luck in the contest and give a very warm welcome to Give it a Swirl.
